MyNetSpeedCheck provides free, browser-based network measurement tools, including broadband download/upload speed testing, latency (ping) tracking, jitter variance scoring, and loaded latency (bufferbloat) analysis. The Service is provided free of charge for personal and non-commercial informational use.

3. Diagnostic Accuracy & Disclaimers

All benchmark results, rankings, and certificates generated by MyNetSpeedCheck are provided for informational and diagnostic purposes only. While we endeavor to provide the most precise telemetry possible, we make no guarantees that results represent legal proof of ISP service level agreement (SLA) fulfillment.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Launch automated scripts, crawlers, or headless scrapers designed to repeatedly flood test servers with high-throughput traffic, causing Denial of Service (DoS) conditions.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on our edge server nodes or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary canvas rendering algorithms or telemetry API endpoints without prior written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, layout, graphics, logos, user interface design (Luxe Crystal Glassmorphism), and HTML5 Canvas scripts are and will remain the exclusive property of MyNetSpeedCheck and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Our Service contains third-party advertisements served via Google AdSense and may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by MyNetSpeedCheck.
